Sign up for e-bills!  The New Lisbon Municipal Utility has a partnership with Payment Service Network. Sign up to receive your utility bill by email. There is no cost to receive your bill online. Use the link below or on the home page quick links. You do not have to make online payments to receive your bill by email.

If you want to make online payments, go to make payments at https://www.paymentservicenetwork.com/login.asp?acc=RT25529   or make a payment by phone at 1-877-885-7968.  You will need your account number.  Payments online have a nominal fee for the service.
