Some homeowners will be receiving a letter we are required by the EPA to send to all addresses where it is unknown of what material their water service line is constructed of.  The water service line is the line from the curb stop to the house.  This line is the homeowner’s responsibility.  

The City does test for lead in our water system we have passed all of our lead and copper tests, but we are still required to send this letter.
