The City of New Lisbon is pleased to welcome Dale Bowser as our newest Journeyman Line Technician!

Dale brings more than 26 years of experience in the electric utility industry to the City of New Lisbon. He completed the Distribution Power Program in 1999 and his Journeyman Lineman training in 2003. He also holds a current Wisconsin Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).

Throughout his career, Dale has worked for three electric utilities, gaining extensive hands-on experience in electric distribution operations, line work, utility maintenance, materials management, inventory, and ordering. His broad experience and practical knowledge will be a valuable addition to our Electric Utility team.

We are excited to welcome Dale to New Lisbon and look forward to the knowledge, experience, and dedication he will bring to our community and our utility operations.
